Bit’rMamas tries to ship all products the same day when we are able, excluding Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Free shipping on orders $100 or more. You may choose your shipping preference when you go to checkout.

RETURNS- The merchandise must be received at the address below within 14 business days of the confirmed delivery date. We strongly recommend you also use a delivery confirmation receipt when returningitem(s) so you have proof of shipping. If you have fragile items, you will wantto consider insurance as well. It is your responsibility to get the return items back to us in NEW condition. Upon inspection and verification of timeframe, we will issue a refund. You are responsible for postage when returning an item unless it’s our error.
Shoes or boots must be in its original box and placed inside another box for returns.
Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise does not have the original tag and has been worn.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment that was used for the purchase. It will take 7 to 10 days for payment to be processed.
