We take great care to ensure all product listings are accurate. However, Bit’r Mamas reserves the right to cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors or technical glitches.
Shipping Information
We aim to ship all orders the same day, whenever possible. PLEASE NOTE-WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS, SO ANY ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER SATURDAY AFTERNOON, WILL MOST LIKELY NOT SHIP UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING.
Free Shipping on all CONTINENTAL U.S. orders of $100 or more. HOWEVER, IF THE ITEM BEING SHIPPED IS OVERSIZED AND RATES FOR SHIPPING ARE HIGHER THAN $100, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST SHARED SHIPPING OR THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

For orders of 3+ pairs of shoes/boots using Free Shipping, we may ship them without original boxes to keep shipping free. If you prefer to keep the original boxes, we can arrange shared shipping costs.

We want you to love what you order! That said, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Guidelines:
Returns must be received within 14 business days of the confirmed delivery date.
Items must be in new condition with original tags and no signs of wear.
Shoes/boots must be returned in their original box, placed inside another shipping box.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our end.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and insuring fragile items.
Refunds:
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not refund for the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
