Order Policy

We take great care to ensure all product listings are accurate. However, Bit’r Mamas reserves the right to cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors or technical glitches.

Shipping Information

We aim to ship all orders the same day, whenever possible.

Free Shipping on all CONTINENTAL U.S. orders of $100 or more.  HOWEVER, IF THE ITEM BEING SHIPPED IS OVERSIZED AND RATES FOR SHIPPING ARE HIGHER THAN $100, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST SHARED SHIPPING OR THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout

For orders of 3+ pairs of shoes/boots using Free Shipping, we may ship them without original boxes to keep shipping free. If you prefer to keep the original boxes, we can arrange shared shipping costs.

Important: Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order! That said, please review our return policy carefully.

No Returns On:

Costume jewelry

Sale items marked $100 or less

Any items discounted at 50% off or more

Return Guidelines:

Returns must be received within 14 business days of the confirmed delivery date.

Items must be in new condition with original tags and no signs of wear.

Shoes/boots must be returned in their original box, placed inside another shipping box.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our end.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and insuring fragile items.

Refunds:

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
